This is a special treat: A never-before-published game played in Paris (1984) in a simultaneous exhibition by Vasily Smyslov, World Champion in the 50's.

He made a wonderful come-back in the 80's.

Here is the descriptive notation,

Reverse Orangutan

WHITE -SMYSLOV BLACK-CUOMO

There are no comments. A better player than I should do it. When I resigned, 30 of the original 36 had already lost and gone home.

SMYSLOV signed my scoresheet before leaving!

Here is the same opening with a gambit!
